International Clinical Trials Day in Prague

The infrastructure SLOVACRIN was introduced on the 14th of May 2019 at the International Clinical Trials Day in Prague and took place at the Senate of the Czech Republic.

“As part of this prestigious event, representatives of the Czech Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Education agreed on the significant benefits of clinical trials for the availability of innovative treatments for patients. At the same time, they highlighted the contribution of large international infrastructures such as the European Clinical Research Infrastructure Network (ECRIN), which brings together scientific partners and clinical research networks in Europe” says Medical Director Beata Čecetková, MD., PhD., according to whom the participants of the event emphasised the need to strengthen further competitiveness and systematic funding of such activities.
